Open Level Yoga Class
Sundays 7:15pm – 8:30pm

Everyone welcome including beginners.
You can book & pay in advance or drop in on the evening and pay at the class. Each class is themed and includes yoga postures, breathing practices and short meditations.
Beginners & Level one / Improvers
Wednesdays 6:55pm – 8:10pm – 6 week yoga courses
Price : £58
Booking required. After each class of these 6 week courses there is a detailed online resource ( email / pictures) to support you in your home practise, as well as catch up if you missed a class
Beginner’s Yoga / Getting back to basics Course
Ideal for those new to yoga or for those who want a reminder of the key principles. The beginner’s courses run throughout the year apart from when the Level one courses run (see below).
An ideal way to begin your discovery of yoga or as a reminder of the key poses and alignment principles in a safe and friendly environment. The Beginners’ Yoga course includes an introduction to yoga postures, sequencing, breathing practices, meditation and philosophy.
Level one / Improver Yoga Courses
Take your yoga practise to the next level; ideal for those who have been on a beginners course & have some experience of yoga. These run twice a year.
Each week will be themed, and we will explore more challenging postures including hip openers, backbends, balancing postures, and sun salutation variations helping you build strength, improve flexibility as well as allowing you to feel more grounded and yet also lighter and more open. We will also explore more pranayama ( breathing / movement of prana round the body) and meditation practises to build concentration, focus and help quieten your mind, as well as drishti points and mudras. This course is not suitable for beginners.
Sundays 6:30pm – 7:00pm
Meditation by donation classes in 4 week blocks

These meditation classes in 4 week blocks offer a friendly, warm, quiet and supportive group environment whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned meditator. During each session we will focus on a specific meditative practise, experiencing a range of different meditation practices across the 4 weeks i.e breath practices, mantras, visualisations and yoga nidra/guided meditation. There will be time for questions and discussions each week. All donations go to CAWH ( Community Association of West Hampstead)
