Funded by The Big Lottery for four years, the project delivered activities and workshops for people to attend and make new friends as well as get fit and healthy, get creative, learn something new or just enjoy being in a group of people.
Activities included Art, Pilates, Qi Gong, Parkinson’s Dance Class, W.HEART social club, Tai Chi, Dance for Fitness, Tea Parties, Yoga, Film Nights and iPad workshops.
Keeping Well Together is a project offering a range of activities specially for men including keep fit, a community gardening project in partnership with West Hampstead Thameslink Station and well-being taster sessions with Munro Health.
