Gentle, slow-paced yoga class. Everyone is welcome! Suitable for anyone who wants a gentle, mindful yoga class.

Everyone is welcome to these classes including beginners. Each weekly class is themed and you can expect yoga postures, breathing practices. short meditations which are guided and plenty of time for relaxation.

Join Alex - an experienced Tai Chi tutor - for his weekly exercise class. Alex's approach is focused on using Qi energy to heal the body, mind and spirit with a unique emphasis on the self-healing aspects of the art.
