Have some fun with this upbeat Zumba based exercise class run by popular teacher Maria.
Classes are twice a week with one on Zoom and one in person at O2 Centre, 255 Finchley Road.

YOGA WITH SIMON HOTEN
Everyone is welcome to these classes including beginners. Each weekly class is themed and you can expect yoga postures, breathing practices. short meditations which are guided and plenty of time for relaxation.

This could include a 6 week Beginners' Yoga course, 6 week Level One / Improver course or 4 week Level 2 / Intermediate course.
PILATES WITH MIRANDA
Pilates is a very effective, all round exercise system focusing on lengthening and strengthening muscle, improving posture, strength and mobility whilst developing core strength.
